Anu Bharadwaj is the President at Atlassian. Anu leads transformative projects across product lines at Atlassian, including the enterprise business, cloud platform teams and operations.

An accomplished executive with a track record of growing $500M+ businesses, building great teams and shipping blockbuster products, Anu joined Atlassian in 2014 as the Head of Product for Jira, and has held a variety of roles at the company during her tenure. Prior to joining Atlassian, Anu was at Microsoft, launching several products for Microsoft Visual Studio for over 10 years. Anu is passionate about making the world a better place through technology and effective philanthropy. She is a member of OutSystem’s board of directors and serves as the Director of Atlassian Foundation.

Jessica Hyman is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Atlassian. She is responsible for Atlassian’s sustainability strategy including overseeing ESG Reporting, Climate, Human Rights and Governance programs. She also leads the Atlassian Foundation, which receives 1% of the company's equity, profit, employee time, and products to tackle disadvantage on a global scale and in local communities.

She is involved in the Pledge 1% movement that Atlassian co-founded and leads a Women in Tech mentoring group in San Francisco. Previously, Jessica led Global Operations for Business for Social Responsibility (BSR).

Steve's passion and experience have provided him the opportunity to lead many consumer and enterprise products and businesses across multiple industries for over 20 years, providing technical, product and business leadership for teams around the globe. He is passionate about building great teams, one team member at a time. Originally from Canada, Steve moved to Austin for "one year, to try it out" in 1998 and has never left. Outside of work, Steve serves as volunteer board member and committee member for several Austin-area non profits, and acts as an advisor for several early stage startup companies. He is passionate about his family, the Austin community, BBQ and the daily quest for the perfect espresso.

Rachael has over 18 years of experience internationally across a range of industries including technology, financial services and not-for-profit. She has held executive roles in finance, operations and strategy and is currently in a senior operations and strategy role at Block Inc. Rachael loves being part of, and advising, start-ups and scale ups that leverage the power of technology to drive change in the world.

Rachael has a deep interest in philanthropy and international development and has been involved with a number of not- for-profit organisations over the last 15 years including the Adara Group, Urban Theatre Projects, Australian Chamber Orchestra and Documentary Australia Foundation. She has been involved in the Atlassian Foundation for four years, joining originally as Company Secretary in 2018 and appointed as an Independent Director in 2020.

Rachael holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, is a Chartered Accountant (ICAA) and a member of the Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Stan Shepard is General Counsel of Atlassian. In his GC role, Stan leads the Legal, Policy and Government Affairs, Sustainability, and Foundation teams. Prior to joining Atlassian in 2015, he practised technology transactions at Charles Schwab and Gunderson Dettmer. Stan is committed to making the world a better place by serving as a volunteer board member for Marin Ventures, a San Francisco Bay Area nonprofit serving adults with developmental disabilities, in addition to his work as Director at Atlassian Foundation.

Christine Burwinkle is the Chief of Staff to the Atlassian President. Through her 12 years at the company, Christine has led and supported numerous executive teams and senior leaders, and genuinely loves helping humans come together to achieve something great. She has a Masters in Technical Communication from Northeastern University.

In addition to her work with the Atlassian Foundation, Christine has a passion for global efforts dedicated to using today's technological advancements to improve access to care and opportunity more equitably. Closer to home, she champions services for the unhoused and asylum seeker rights to improve the lives of our local community.

As Chief People Officer, Avani Prabhakar leads Atlassian’s People org, encompassing Human Resources, Employment Relations, Talent, Total Rewards, People Insights, People M&A, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Team Anywhere across Atlassian’s global footprint.

Avani’s role focuses on supporting business transformations, developing world-class distributed-first teams, and building the processes, policies and practices that enable Atlassians to unleash their full potential.

Avani is passionate about unlocking the power of cross-functional teams and partnerships to deliver high-impact results.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and the US across industries including technology, aviation, engineering and professional services.

Paul Slade is CTO at ROEV, a startup at the intersection of de-carbonising transport and home energy. During his 13 years at Atlassian, Paul played several Head of Engineering roles across Cloud Products and Platform. Paul participates, mentors and advocates for Women in Tech. Paul's experience and passion extends past Atlassian, mentoring young engineering teams in the clean energy start up sector as well as volunteering with multiple charity organisations such as OzHarvest. Paul is a home automation and home energy solutions enthusiast and his family are his greatest achievement, along with their two Dachshunds, Barney and Olive.
